Chelsea want Douglas Costa AND Cuadrado as Schurrle & Sala replacement?

Chelsea have upped their offer for Douglas Costa to €25 million as they line up a double swoop for the Brazilian as well as Fiorentina's Juan Cuadrado. The South American duo are likely to replace Andre Schurrle and Mohamed Salah.
