Thegoalmac can reveal that Sergio Aguero once again provided the inspiration as Manchester City kept the pressure on Chelsea at the top of the Premier League with an impressive win over Sunderland.

The hosts took the lead at the Stadium of Light on 19 minutes when Pablo Zabaleta deflected the ball into his own net but Aguero hammered City level less than two minutes later.

Stevan Jovetic latched onto an Aguero flick to fire the Premier League champions in front before half-time and Aguero and Zabaleta both struck after the break to make sure of the win.
