Sergio Ramos deliberately got Jose Mourinho mixed up with Celta President Carlos Mourino in response to the Chelsea boss' comments on the club-versus-country row involving Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas, Thegoalmac can reveal.
Hopefully we will see classic Jose's response Asap. Continue for more details and tell us what you think about this unending Mourinho Vs Spain row?
Costa
and Fabregas missed Spain's recent clashes with Belarus and Germany
through injury only to then return to action in the Blues' first game
after the international break, against West Brom.
Sergio Ramos
lamented the fact that some players are more committed to representing
their country than others but later claimed that he was not referring to
the absent Chelsea duo.
Mourinho took offence to the insinuation that Costa and Fabregas had faked injuries in order to avoid playing for Spain, stating that Sergio Ramos is "not a doctor".
The
Portuguese's comments were put to the defender after Real Madrid racked
up a club-record 16th consecutive win by defeating Malaga 2-1 on
Saturday night and he sarcastically replied: "I have nothing to say to
the president of Celta ...
"This is a historic night. We have
achieved a very important record and this is a day to congratulate
Ancelotti and all of the staff.
"We are on the right track, there is a huge sense of calm in the dressing room and that is very important to the team.
"We know that this is a tough place to come but we fought from the first minute and went on to win.
"The final result was fair and we go home happy."
Madrid will be intent on extending their winning streak when they host Cornella in the Copa del Rey on Tuesday night.
