Felipe Luis has worked under both coaches in recent times, signing
for Mourinho's Chelsea from Simeone's Atletico Madrid for just over €20
million this summer.
And the 29-year-old has now compared the pair's styles, with both
having enjoyed numerous successes during their coaching careers.
"They are completely different coaches, but have one thing in common:
the ambition to win in their teams," the 29-year-old was quoted as
saying by Sport.
Mourinho has so far more commonly opted to play Cesar Azpilicueta and
Branislav Ivanovic in his team's full-back positions, but the star says
he is happy to fight for his place.
"Everyone here wants to play," he continued.
"When you do not play, you're not happy at all, but I came here, to
Chelsea, to win titles. The team is always more important than any
player.
"The season is very long... Everyone will have their chance and will try to take it."
Filipe also said he is "delighted" to be able to work with Mourinho,
adding that the Portuguese trainer has not asked him to be more
defensive than during his time at Atletico and has given him "the same
freedom" to attack.
